Ingredients for 4 persons
5 smoked traditional sausages Ifantis with leek 3 leeks 1/2 kg spinach 2 big potatoes 1 glass of white wine 1 glass of water butter salt, pepper
Steps
We cut in small pieces the leek, we Peel the potatoes and we rub them on the thick side of our grater. We put in the kettle the butter and little olive oil. We add the leeks and we cook with the spinach and the potatoes. We pour the wine. We add the sausages over the spinach. We add salt, pepper and we continue to cook. If necessary we add some water.
