Ingredients:
1 item turkey fouantre (about 3 kg) 1 packet clove-gillyflower 6 oranges 2 spoons of honey salt, peper
Steps:
We open the packing of the turkey fouantre and we rinse with tepid water. We place the turkey in a baking pan and we put the clove-gillyflower on the turkey. We squeeze 3 oranges and we mix the orange juice with 2 spoons of honey. We pour the juice on the turkey and we put in the oven for 30-40 in the 160 degrees. we cut 3 oranges in rounds and we place around the turkey. We cut the turkey in slices (without removing clove-gillyflowers) and serve with fresh mashed potatoes or rice.
